In order to operate its mining, concentrating, packaging and transportation processes in Western Australia, Magellan must comply with a variety of licence, approval, and condition requirements issued by various Departments of the State Government of Western Australia and the Minister for Environment.
As it becomes available, Magellan will publish information on this website in this section to demonstrate compliance with the Minister for Environment's conditions for its sealed shipments through the publication of key management plans and monitoring and auditing reports.
Magellan has lodged an unconditional and irrevocable $5 million bond with the State Government as required by the Minister’s conditions for sealed shipments.
