Conditions

Magellan has collated conditions relating to the environmental approvals for its mining, concentrating, packaging and transportation processes.

The collated conditions comprise:

• Original conditions obtained by Magellan in November 2000 as part of approval by the Minister for Environment; and
  
• Final conditions approved by the Minister for Environment primarily relating to the sealed shipments through the Port of Fremantle.
